§ 03 — Work
Three sites. All ours. All checkable.
No client logo wall, because a studio of one does not have one and pretending otherwise is the fastest way to lose an experienced buyer. What we have instead is products that run, take money, and can be measured by anyone.
01 — Verification code service
sms.tempmail2026.xyz · live · Node ESM + SQLite on a single VPS
A commercial site selling one-time overseas phone numbers for receiving signup codes. Server-rendered, no framework, no build step for the front end, deployed behind a Cloudflare Tunnel with a strict CSP that forbids any third-party script.
- Body text, JS off
- 3,999chars
- JSON-LD blocks
- 3Website · Service · FAQPage
- AI crawlers allowed
- 13explicit
What is worth saying honestly: the structure is right, the corpus is thin. Four thousand characters is one short article. Its sitemap has two URLs. It is a good demonstration of the technical half of GEO and a fair demonstration of why the technical half is not enough on its own.
02 — Temporary mailbox
mail.tempmail2026.xyz · live · Vue 3 SPA on Cloudflare Pages
This one is here because it is currently a bad example, and hiding it would be worse than showing it.
Measured 29 August 2026
| Raw HTML | 6,909 chars |
| Body text with JavaScript disabled | 20 chars |
| What those 20 characters are | TempMail 2026 - 临时邮箱 |
A client-side rendered single-page app. To GPTBot, ClaudeBot or PerplexityBot this is a blank page with a title on it.
It is being rebuilt. The before-and-after is the case study, and every number in it will be one you can reproduce with the same three commands we used.
03 — This site
jichuanai.com · Astro static · 0 KB client-side JavaScript
The third case study is the page you are reading. Every claim on it is checked by a script that runs before deployment and fails the build if it does not hold — crawler allowances, body-text thresholds, canonical uniqueness, bidirectional hreflang, JSON-LD validity, dead links, and a banned-phrase scan for the copy.
The full build is documented in the colophon, including the things that went wrong.
A note on what a case study is for
Most agency case studies are written to look impressive. These are written so that a buyer who does not trust us can check the claims without asking permission. That is a different job, and it is the one that matters when the person selling you a website is one person you have never met.
