Terms
Short, because a long one nobody reads protects nobody.
Who you are dealing with
Jichuan is an independent studio operated by one person, registered in mainland China as a sole proprietorship. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised by OpenAI, Anthropic, or any other platform whose name appears on this site.
Services
- Scope, revision counts and time boundaries are the ones published on the pricing page at the time of order.
- Source code and content delivered under a website build belong to the client on final payment.
- Work may be shown as a case study unless the client asks otherwise in writing.
Products
- Subscription setup activates an official subscription on the customer's own account. It is not a resale of accounts, and no account is supplied.
- Platform terms — OpenAI's and Anthropic's included — prohibit sharing account credentials and making an account available to another person. Where a setup service requires an account email, the compliance obligation sits with the account holder.
- Verification numbers are single-use and released after one code. They cannot be re-used, unbound, or recovered.
- Anything sold here is for lawful use. Use that breaches a platform's own terms is the user's responsibility and voids the refund terms.
What is not claimed
No claim is made that any generative engine will recommend, rank or cite a site at any particular rate. Generative output is probabilistic. What is committed to is listed on the GEO page, and every item on that list is something you can re-measure yourself.
Liability
Liability for any single engagement is limited to the amount paid for it. Suspension of a customer's platform account by that platform, and upstream service interruptions, are outside this studio's control.
Changes
These terms may change. The version that applies to an order is the one published when the order was placed. Material changes are noted on this page rather than applied quietly.
