These pages are static files. They load no third-party scripts — the content security policy forbids it — so there are no advertising pixels, no session recorders, and no cross-site trackers. Fonts are served from this origin, not from a font CDN, which means no third party learns which pages you read.

The server keeps standard access logs: IP address, timestamp, path, user agent, referrer. These are used for two things — spotting abuse, and counting how often AI crawlers fetch which pages. Retained for 90 days, then rotated out.

If you email

Your address and whatever you write are kept as long as needed to do the work and to handle any dispute afterwards. Not used for a mailing list; there is no mailing list.

Orders

• An order record holds what was bought, when, the amount, and the delivery address or account email needed to deliver it.
• Login passwords are never requested and never stored. A setup service needs an account email, not a password.
• Payment is handled by the payment provider. Card numbers do not reach this server.

Sharing

Nothing is sold or shared for marketing. Data goes to a third party only where delivery requires it — the payment provider, and the upstream provider for a product being delivered — or where a lawful order requires it.

Your side

Ask for a copy of what is held, or ask for it to be deleted, athello@jichuanai.com. Deletion happens unless a record has to be kept for an unresolved dispute or a tax obligation — in which case you will be told which, and for how long.
